For more than 4 decades, Mr. Coleman has specialized in complex civil litigation. He has had the privilege of helping individuals and small companies when they faced severe problems.  His clients have ranged from Ranchers to Developers, Entrepreneurs, Start up businesses, International corporations, Ski Resorts, Oil and Gas, Hotels, Doctors, Veterinarians, Aviation, many and various technologies, Towns and Municipalities. He has faced well respected National firms, with successes far outweighing the losses. He has made loyal clients and friends and enjoyed seeing them prosper. He was also instrumental in a Nation wide product distribution company. He currently heads his Law firm, has created a very successful family commercial and residential rental business, and is one the founders of P4 World Wide Animal Co.


Mr. Coleman grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where he received his B.A. from Western Washington State University. He then received his JD degree from Rutgers University, in Brunswick New Jersey. He worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, but his heart never left the West. He became employed by the Honorable Edwin Ruland of the Colorado Court of Appeals, who planted the seed for Mr. Coleman to move his career to Grand Junction Colorado. Mr. Coleman is Married with 8 well rounded successful children, and many beautiful grandchildren. Mr. Coleman, an avid outdoors man and animal lover, has raised and/or housed a menagerie of animals including Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Lamas, Alpacas, Goats, Rabbits, Dogs, Cats, and any other animal in need. Those closest to Mr. Coleman will tell you the he rarely turns down a client or animal in need! Because Mr. Coleman's clients are so diverse, and bring their worst problems to him, his knowledge of what to do vs. what not to do, is invaluable.  In business, Mr. Coleman is most proud of representing hard working ethical people who are the real experts in their field. With that strong work ethic, Mr. Coleman thoroughly enjoys helping these individuals and companies transform their ideas into reality.

Isaiah Quigley

Isaiah Quigley is a civil trial lawyer whose focuses include disputes arising out of business, real estate & commercial contracts, tort claims, marijuana industry, construction, business, and property matters. He practices in state, district,  and federal courts, as well as regulatory proceedings (including MED), primarily in Colorado, and in arbitration proceedings across numerous jurisdictions.
Isaiah’s trial advocacy and creative, aggressive approach to his litigation enables him to promote complete, efficient, effective, and where appropriate, early resolutions of your matter.
Notable Cases and Representation

  • Obtained and collected a $1.7 Million Dollar Judgement for his clients in an eight-day bench trial involving breached agreement for a transaction involving a Mortgage Business in Mesa County District Court Case No. 2016CV30088.

  • Obtained an $117,187.25 arbitration award after a three-day trial involving a business interest in a retail marijuana company in JAG Case No.

  • Successfully obtained desired and valuable property interests for his client by proving adverse possession during a two-day trial in San Miguel County District Court Case No. 2016CV30043.

  • Represented individual objectors and defeated Powderhorn Ski Resort’s application for change in water use after a four-day trial to the Court in District Court Water Division 5 Case No. 2016CW3090.

  • Prevailed in a four-day trial to obtain and preserve historical easement rights through a parcel of property in Rio Blanco Case No. 2013CV30011.

  • After a three-day trial, caused for the removal of a non-conforming building of a tenant in violation of County Code and Lease in Gunnison County Case No. 2015CV001.

  • Successfully represented his client to extinguish a note and deed of trust in excess of $800,000 by summary judgment in Mesa County Case No. 2017CV30328.

  • Obtained a $200,000 arbitration resolution involving a Mesa County Wine venture.

  • Obtained a $377,294.00 judgement after a two-day trial, affirmed on appeal, in favor of a client in a partnership dispute involving real property in San Miguel County Case No. 2009CV0185.

  • Obtained a trial defense verdict after a two-day trial for a prominent restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado in Mesa County Case No. 2015C1059.

  • Successfully represented numerous real property owners in FED (eviction) cases in western Colorado.

  • Procured over $1,000,000 in settlements in personal injury litigation, business and real estate related matters.

  • Represents Whirlpool in products liability litigation defense in Colorado.

  • Represents several Real Estate holders and General Contractors across western Colorado in the preparation of contracts, liens and construction related litigation.

  • Represents individuals and business entities in business dissolution and buyouts.

  • Represents HOAs in covenant enforcement and litigation.

  • Significant second chair trial experience, including litigation involving real property and complex corporate dissolution litigation.
